Please Note:

Some custom orders may 2-4 weeks to manufacture if we run out of stock. Please keep in mind that every piece that we design and make will be different since our products are 100% handmade and cannot guarantee that every stone is the EXACT same. However we can assure that we utilize the highest quality Grade A Jade for each and every one of our pendants. Bails will usually take 1 day to make and most often will be shipped same day if available. 

We advise you to wear these pendants with caution. Be mindful not to drop them because they will crack and it will not be repairable. If you do run into that issue, contact us and we will be willing to work out a replacement for you at a discount if you purchased from us. Customer satisfaction will always remain our focus :)
