Ordering Processing Times: 

Please allow 1-2 business days in order to make the bail. Packages will be sent out as soon as possible. Any custom pieces that are not in stock may take 2-4 weeks to carve.

Please note: All of our Gold Bail's are made to order. All deliveries must opt for signature confirmation to avoid package loss claims.

By purchasing, you acknowledge the risk of potentially breaking the product if dropped. No returns. However, if your item you did purchase through us broke, we are more than happy assist you in getting a replacement at a discount.
